Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your olk138 account within minutes. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance, processing may take up to two hours. If a deposit has not been credited after two hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the name on the verified olk138 account. olk138 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances. olk138 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified, originates from a payment method not registered to the Player, or is suspected of being linked to fraudulent or unlawful activity. Rejected deposits will be returned to the source account within 3–7 business days.
olk138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by olk138 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 10× wagering requirement must be wagered a total of Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players unless expressly restricted. The following conditions may affect bonus eligibility:
olk138 monitors bonus usage to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or employing betting strategies that exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, olk138 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings without notice and to suspend the Player's account.
All bonuses have an expiry date, after which uncompleted wagering requirements will lapse and the bonus balance will be removed from the Player's account. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms and are typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus award.
olk138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus and commenced wagering at the time of any such change will not be adversely affected during that active promotion cycle.

Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw. olk138's determination of the applicable draw result shall be final.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, olk138 will resolve the bet in accordance with the hand or outcome recorded at the time of disconnection, using server-side logs.

olk138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if olk138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the olk138 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. olk138 makes no representation that accessing the platform is lawful in any particular location.
olk138 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
